Using composite structural equation modeling to examine high school teachers' acceptance of E-learning after Covid-19

Electronic learning (e-learning) is a broader approach to that brings new opportunities for teaching and in many fields of education compared the face-to-face classroom environment. The purpose this study explore high school teachers’ acceptance continue through e-learning platforms after COVID-19. Based on framework unified theory technology use technology, investigates research questions context Lesotho. adopted quantitative approach, with total number 300 questionnaires collected from teachers. result was analyzed using composite structural equation modeling. According study, instructors' influenced by several factors, which turn has significant impact teachers' behavioral intentions As individual challenges associated were identified.
